1925 Lincoln Wheat Cent 1C CAC MS66RB
1925 Lincoln cents are common in all circulated grades and in Mint State grades up through MS65, with MS66 pieces scarce and MS67 examples scarce. When buying 1925 Lincoln cents, take extra care in avoiding pieces with heavy carbon spots or uneven color, and keep an eye on the quality of the strike, which is iffy with many Lincoln cents struck during this era.
Obverse: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY is to the left of the portrait, and the date and mintmark (If any) are positioned on the right side.
Reverse: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
